International orders
We ship worldwide!
International shipments sent via standard service are not tracked and therefore cannot be traced. Registered mail does receive the necessary tracking.
To retrieve
Besides shipping, you can also choose to pick up your order in Enschede. You'll receive an email as soon as your product(s) are ready.
Returns
The sleeving products and heat-shrink tubing supplied by Flex Services are cut and/or trimmed to size. Therefore, returning and/or exchanging these products is not automatically possible.
Other products can be returned provided they are unused and notified by email or phone within 8 (eight) days.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
